COMMUNITY OUTREACH PARTNERS

Can you help us find the most creative people in the UK? We’re looking for charities, advocates and organisations to help us spread the word to those who would benefit from this free programme.

Disabled Creatives - four images of various people either presenting into microphones discussing creative work.

Join us in championing the most creative people in the world – disabled and neurodivergent talent.

Disabled Creatives is the only initiative of its kind. It’s a four week, free programme for disabled and neurodiverse creatives looking for work in the advertising, marketing or design industry.

Disabled creatives have been overlooked and underinvested in the advertising, design and marketing industries. More than ever, these industries need the best creative problem solvers. Adapting to life every day in a world that isn’t built for you is creative problem-solving in action. Disabled creatives are some of the most creative people in the world.

This is our free 15-day programme (split over 4 weeks) for up to 20 disabled and neurodivergent creatives from across the UK. Disabled Creatives provides the tools, knowledge and support to develop individuals in creative fields and provides bridges into the creative industry.

What do we need from you?

It’s our objective to reach and support disabled and neurodivergent creative talent. To do that, we need the help of partners - like you.

Here’s what we need:

  • Get the word out
We want as many disabled and neurodiverse to apply as possible.

  • Share
Amplify our social media content and callouts to your networks to generate press and noise.

  • Attend
Let us introduce you to some of the most creative people in the world on our in-person Presentation Day. This is your chance to meet new talent, support our cohort and network with other industry professionals.

  • Time
Help us build a strong community for our cohort by offering your time through mentorship, invitations, career advice, portfolio reviews, or anything else you think would be valuable to them. This programme only works if the industry gets behind it.

What do you get in return?

Our partners and supporters are the foundation of our programme. We want to support you with your objectives and goals and collaborate on creating a more equitable future for the advertising, marketing and design industries.

In return for your partnership, we can help you:

  • REACH YOUR CSR GOALS
Supporting your own diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.

  • ACCESS A NETWORK OF UNDERREPRESENTED TALENT
Meet extraordinary talent you might not meet through ordinary channels.

  • BE SEEN AS A LEADER
Featured in the press as a champion of inclusive creativity.

  • GET GLOBAL REACH
Have broader access to our vast network of talent and partners with over 20K followers of our owned channels.

  • SHARE YOUR WARES
Get inside our goody bag and share your services with all our partners on Presentation Day with a flyer, brochure or branded gift.

And more opportunities to get a return on your investment.

Sound good? We’d love to work with you!

“Just want to share a massive thank you to the disabled creatives cohort. You've inspired us to continue to push the boundaries on truly representative work, to shape a more inclusive world”

“I had no idea how impactful joining Disabled Creatives would be, and the thing I least expected was for it to bring me to a place of deep understanding about myself.”
