AGENCY/MENTOR PARTNERS
We’re looking for agencies and organisations to help us mentor disabled creatives. Our creative programme aims to champion and support disabled and neurodivergent folk, now in it’s 3rd year.
Be part of the change, bring your expertise and mentorship to the table.
Join us to mentor and champion the most creative people in the world – disabled and neurodivergent talent.
Disabled people make up just 12% of the UK creative industry*. It’s time for that to change.
More than ever the advertising, design and marketing industries need innovative problem solvers. We need disabled creatives at the table. The industry needs their voice, insights, perspective, and lived experiences.
The Creative Equals Disabled Creatives programme is a FREE initiative for up to 20 UK creatives who are disabled, neurodivergent, or who live with mental health or chronic health conditions.
It’s designed to invigorate disabled creative careers through tools, support, and a community that gets it. Brought to you by programme sponsor Diageo, with sessions run by world-class creative organisation D&AD.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
-
In advertising and media, disabled representation sits at around 4%. We want to champion disabled voices and perspectives, and get disabled creatives at the table where campaign/media ideas are made.
We know that diverse perspectives are important, and improve creativity, innovation and profitability. We hope that by providing bridges into adland employment and investing in disabled talent, we’ll also be improving disabled representation in the long term. -
This programme is for disabled, neurodivergent, or who live with mental health or chronic health conditions creatives who has previously worked or studied as a creative in the advertising, marketing and/or design industry in one of the following roles: creative, creative strategist, art director, copywriter, editor, content creator or designer or very similar role.
They must have current full UK working rights and be currently in the UK. We can only consider applications from candidates who have UK citizenship or hold a valid visa.
